Program Overview

The “Empowered Choices” program educates young men about abstinence, sexual education, informed mate selection, and self-confidence through media analysis and group fitness. This approach aligns with current youth trends and interests, providing a holistic and immersive learning experience. 

Our youth are provocatively, soulfully and intuitively gifted with vast wisdom and insight the key is helping them to connect the dots so their lives benefit.

Often young people aren’t able to connect with life affirming messages programs offer due to those programs not truly taking the realities the students live in; into consideration. By leveraging popular technologies in media, web and social platforms as opportunities for deep discussion surrounding “sexual self worth” and “Reflective Decsion Making” young people learn from the experiences of their peers, idols, and influencers and recognize the value in abstaining for reasons that make sense in their own world view.  
 
Adjusted for busy families and active parents, young men meet on line with their peers and mentors in a group video chat format where interactive lessons and discussions can be engaged wherever they are.

Leveraging Media for Education

Media Analysis

Participants critically analyze music, films, news, and social media to understand their impact on perceptions of sex, relationships, and self-worth. This develops media literacy and healthier attitudes. 

Group Discussions

Interactive sessions foster peer learning and enhance public speaking skills, allowing participants to share insights and critically engage with different viewpoints. 

Role-Playing and Scenarios

Simulating real-life situations helps participants practice informed decision-making and understand consequences. 

Group Fitness for Personal Development​

“Body Keys” Exercises:

Targeting pelvic floor muscles, these exercises enhance reproductive and overall physical health, boosting self-esteem and resilience.

Fitness Sessions and Workshops:

Led by professional trainers, these sessions educate participants on maintaining a healthy body through engaging and enjoyable activities. 

Building Self-Esteem and Resilience:

Physical fitness improvements boost self-confidence, helping participants resist peer pressure and make healthy choices. 

Transfering Knowledge Through Cultural Awareness

Social Media Integration:
Engaging participants through private groups on popular platforms, providing interactive content, and collaborating with influencers.
 

 

Multimedia Resources:

Utilizing videos, podcasts, infographics, and interactive modules to cater to different learning styles. 

 

Gamification and Rewards: Incorporating challenges, leaderboards, and rewards to maintain engagement and motivation.
